I had to buy this out of necessity, since I had forgotten the piece at a concert. What was incredulous was the fact that I could not view it on any device other than specifically a PC desktop - laptops, phones, iPads, and Macs, all did not work. If you wish to make it easier for your clientele, please do not render the document entirely useless on 4 of the 5 possible viewing options, and with only 5 times to view it in the first place.
